HALF SOLES
Blu Fox® Rubber half soles, made of SBR/NR rubber, help shoemakers repair and protect every kind of shoe. This traditional material is easy to work, resistant to wear, and stable to aging.

The carefully selected SBR/NR compound is durable, non-slip, and highly resistant to water, abrasion, fatigue, tearing, and permanent deformation. It has good elastic properties and is stable to aging.
It remains soft in every season.

The most common hardness values of half soles, heels, and dowel lifts
are in the range of Shore 60A (soft) to Shore 90A (hard), depending on specific footwear needs.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Completely remove the old sole and carefully clean the underlying surface of the shoe. Spread a homogeneous layer of glue on the two parts to be glued. Allow glue to dry until surface is tacky. If the glue dries excessively, heat for 6-8 seconds.
Apply half sole to shoe. Apply pressure to ensure optimal adherence between half sole and shoe.
